Nick was appointed Managing Director and CEO of Challenger Limited in January 2022 and has held a number of senior executive roles at Challenger since joining in 2015, including Chief Executive, Funds Management. Prior to this, Nick held senior leadership roles at top financial services businesses across Australia, the United States and the UK.

Alex was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in December 2022, having previously held a number of senior roles at Challenger including Group Deputy CFO and CFO, Funds Management. Alex was previously a Partner in KPMG’s CFO Advisory Practice and has extensive experience across life insurance and wealth management including roles at BT Financial Group.

Naomi was appointed Executive General Manager at Fidante in 2026, having previously held the roles of General Manager, Investment Product at Fidante and Director of Transformation. Prior to joining Challenger in 2007, Naomi worked at BT Financial Group in client service and product roles.

Damian was appointed Group Chief Investment Officer in January 2026. Prior to this, Damian was Chief Investment Officer at Aware Super for 10 years. Damian has also held investment leadership roles at StatePlus, Macquarie Group and J.P. Morgan.

Anton was appointed Chief Executive, Insurance in July 2025, having previously held the roles of Chief Executive, Life and Solutions, and Challenger Life’s Chief Financial Officer and Appointed Actuary. Prior to joining Challenger in 2018, Anton held a Chief Actuary role following a 20-year consulting career.

Mandy joined Challenger in November 2022 as Chief Executive, Customer. Prior to this, Mandy was General Manager, Asset Management Distribution at MLC Wealth. Mandy has also held senior roles in Australia and London at BMO Global Asset Management, CQS UK, Nomura, and Merrill Lynch Investment Managers (now BlackRock).
